white screen of death

Hi
Have tried uploading the theme both through ftp and through dashboard and each time it just crashes and I get a white screen and no access to admin dashboard, i delete theme from via ftp and everything is fine again.

Any ideas what could be causing this. I host with WP engine and every other theme install has been fine.

It appears Kyle’s signed off for the day and I need this fixing ASAP as I go live very soon. I understand that I should usually wait for him to start again tomorrow but this is urgent.

Hi,
Please Follow given below steps -:
1- Ask wpengine to display error at white screen so we can debug the issue easily.

2- Disable all plugin and try to upload . Any plugin may conflict. After you can enable plugin one by one to know conflicting plugin .

3- Download new copy of theme from themeforest and try to upload this .

Hopefully that should work .
