    Hi, as the title says, when i edit the css files for my child theme, the responsive files from the original theme stop working.

    I would like to know what files do i need to check for fix this problem, i would really appreciate any help.

    Hi,
    It seems that you have wrong syntax code at your child theme thats cause to issue. Please provide me website url so i can inspect the issue or child theme css code.

    Hi Mohammad!
    Thanks for your response, actually it was like you said in the message, I overwrote some codes from the .css archives of the neighborhood theme (responsive.css and the bootstrap-responsive.min2.css) on the style.css archive in my child theme, so that made the css for the responsive theme stop working, as soon I removed those codes, everything worked perfect again..

    Is there any way of do some changes in those archives inside the child theme? or I have to do it in the originals in the parent theme?

    I am running the site local for now..

    Hi,

    I guess you can do it in the style.css of your child theme.
    Don’t forget to use !important

    Yes that’s what i thought and did before, but that made the responsive theme stop working..
