When adding variable product – all other products don't show & menu doesn't work

Hi,

When I add a variable product, the menu isn’t clickable anymore and alle products disappear from the products’ page. Also, I can’t choose the variable options on the given product’s page and therefore the Add To Cart button is gone. If I switch the product to be a Single product, everything works fine.

I’ve tried creating the product again from scratch, no difference.

The product is not published right now – the given product is CAT HAT.

Hi,

Can you try to disable all plugins except SwiftFramework and Woocommerce to discard any plugin conflict?
Also try to activate the parent theme.

Hi,

I did what you asked, and I only have problems with the product itself now (products on the list are showing again).

However, on the product page itself, the variations are not available and there’s an alert saying that the default variation is not there.

I’ve re-activated child theme (there are changes in here that I can’t go without in the long run) and deactivated the product.

Sounds like you have not set up your variable product correctly. Please read the instructions: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/variable-product/.

Can you post me a link or admin link to a variable product you are trying to publish?
