    which is the correct format for the whatsapp URL, so when the user click on the menu icon (from his mobile) is linked directly to the application and chat whitus?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately this is not something that is possible to do currently out the box.

    You would need to work with a developer to add this to the theme.

    Using the Social Profiles option in the Theme Options, allows you to link to your social profile pages. Using WhatsApp, you can provide a name/number to be contacted on. It’s not for social sharing.
