Weird format problem with multi-page Formidible Form

I’m noticing a weird formatting problem with an integrated Formidible Form. It displays fine in preview mode (without the theme), but when I integrate it into the theme, on each successive page of the form, extra whitespace is added to to the top of the form. By just a few pages in, significant white space keeps pushing the form content further down the page. You can test it here:http://vedicmeditationit.com/apply/.

Go ahead and answer the first few pages and you will see the form content sliding further down the page.

.frm_form_fields p:empty, .frm_form_fields br { display: none; }

If you add the above to the custom css box within theme options, that should hopefully reduce it. Seems the plugin is adding breaks in-between hidden fields for some reason.
