    Hi Swift, I just bought the neightborhood theme and uploaded it to my website.
    Currently I am having two problems, first the “customer invoice” email is in “manually sent”. My customers are not receiving confirmation order when they finished with their online purchasing. In order words, they are not receiving any email confirming their purchase.How do I change it to “automatic” or “enabled”?

    Second, while the category section has all the picture of our products, the subcategory is showing none of them. The subcategory picture is blank and its only showing the information of the product.
    I have attached the a file showing the second problem.

    (The first problem is more urgent than the second)

    Hi,

    1) The email invoice is not handled by the theme. You would need to contact WooCommerce support or your hosting provider and investigate this.
