    My website usin the theme is painfully slow, it may even put customers odd! Please can you tell me how I can improve this please? I have made sure my images aren’t too big etc

    Hi,

    A lot of factors can affect the site, the major one is the hosting speed.
    Also some plugins can slow down the website.

    Try to install a cache plugin to speed up the delivery of the resources(images, etc)
    Try the W3Total Cache plugin.

    Sorry to disappoint but not the best hosting.

    The best reference we have is WPEngine that we use on our sites, but the pricing dot’t have nothing to do with GoDaddy or Hostgator hosting.

    Try also to increase your WordPress memory inside wp-config.php
    Set it to 128mb
