Website not loading

Hello,

I have been having problems with the site since the middle of last week, where it is either not loading or loading partially.

I have contacted the server host and they have found no issue.

I tried deleting plugins that I thought weren’t being used which didn’t help.
When I contacted support for the server host they sent this message:

I have checked the website here and this is working correctly for me at the moment. I have checked the error logs for the hosting and the only ones from today are the following:

These are close to when you raised this ticket and both of these look to be caused by the plugins you are using on your website. Would you know if any of these times would match up when the errors that you are seeing at all?

If you have any more questions please let me know.

I since tried re-installing the plug-ins mentioned, deactivating all plugs-ins, then re-activating only the recommended ones.

Please help!

P.S. I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari and cleared the cash.

The following error is being repetitively created through the day:

ndex.com [Sat Apr 04 15:20:56 2015] [error] [client 31.221.70.148:53283] AH01215: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function putRevSlider() in /home/sites/etindex.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/dante/includes/sf-media.php on line 25

I am still unable to replicate the issue but this looks to be a problem with a particular theme causing PHP to time out.

I have since tried deactivating the revolution slider, but still having the same problem with it not loading. Revolution slider is also a key component of the site so this would only be a short-term fix.

Please advise.
