Website link for Team members

Hi there,
I am wondering if there speaks anything against having the option to link to a website in “Team Member Data” so that a symbol shows up (as an overlay to the team member photo) and links to an URL? Similar to all the other social media links.

We are using “Team” for displaying our trainers who have individual websites and we would love to be able to link to them the same way as for example to their Facebook pages.

An external URL is not possible at this time. I will add it to the list of possible upgrades for the future as it’s a good idea.

Hi Tom,

Unfortunately work hasn’t been directly started on this yet, however we are in the process of working on this on a larger scale. Going forward with the page builder we are working on the ability to override or add templates for each “post”, or team member in this instance. So you could take the original template we provide, and add to it as you wish.

We are hoping to release this functionality in the next 6-8 weeks. Apologies that it’s not sooner, but it will be worth the wait.
