A white page is displaying for all pages on our site ShiftwithTory.com.
If we click View Page Source, it shows all of the html code that is supposed to be on our site. We’ve worked with our host company and the issue is not related to anything on our server. We restored the site to a backup from 4/30/2015 (when the site was okay) and the white page still persists. We have not made any changes or updates to our site that would have caused this issue.
When we tested other WordPress themes, our site loads and displays, which means some setting from the Supreme theme is conflicting with our website.
And we cannot just update the theme because we made customizations to it.
Can your team please assist with this issue and help us find what is wrong with the Supreme theme that is making this white page appear?
Thank you.
May 12, 2015 at 5:35 pm #174200Hi,
This could be a memory problem in you WordPress memory settings.
Inside the file wp-config.php adjust the WordPress memory settings to 128mb or a maximum of 256mb.
Check here some documentation.

May 12, 2015 at 6:08 pm #174211Thank you for your reply Rui.
We tried changing the WordPress memory to 128mb and 256mb and it did not work.Is there another solution that we can try?
Could there be a setting related to the Supreme theme version we have that is malfunctioning?Thank you.
May 12, 2015 at 6:21 pm #174215Yes it could be something in the theme. Just notice you have an update pending in Supreme theme. Go to Appearance Themes-> Click on Supreme detail and hit the update link.
You can also check in you server logs for any specific error, if after the theme update that doesn’t work, turn on the debug mode inside wp-config.php so we can see the error message.
define('WP_DEBUG', true);

May 12, 2015 at 6:52 pm #174219We made customizations to the Supreme theme so we would not be able to update the theme at this time.
I turned on the debug mode as you advised. And there are some errors that quickly flash by before the page turns white. I attached a screenshot of the text.
It looks as if the sidebars are not being retrieved correctly. Are there any settings can we change to correct this problem?
Thank you.

MohammadMay 13, 2015 at 1:34 pm #174531This reply has been marked as private.May 13, 2015 at 1:52 pm #174541Just some info. That is related with the WordPress update to 4.2, they changed some things that we needed to adjust in our latest version.
Do your modifications always in a child theme to avoid these update problems.
let’s wait for Mohammad solution.
-RuiMay 14, 2015 at 1:42 pm #174924Good Morning,
Can you please provide an update on the this issue?
The site is still displaying a white page and we need to have the problem resolved as soon as possible.
Is there any other information we can provide on our site that will assist in a solution?
Rui, you mentioned we should create a child theme. Is there any way to do this within the current version of the theme before making any updates?Thank you.
May 15, 2015 at 7:24 am #175171The white screen is likely being caused by your modifications. You should only make changes to the child theme and if it’s not possible you would need to save a copy of your changes somewhere so that you can update the theme and remake the changes.
I’m afraid we can only provide support for this if you update the theme

May 15, 2015 at 3:54 pm #175423Thank you for the update Kyle.
We’ve had an outside developer address this issue and it has been resolved. We appreciate the time your team took to look into this issue and help us identify the cause.
The white page no longer persists, however, we have noticed that the headlines on our homepage and posts display in a font similar to Times New Roman. Can your team provide any information on where the settings to change this would be?
We have tried switching the fonts already selected in the Supreme Options > Font Options menu but it does not change the appearance of these headings.
Thank you.
May 15, 2015 at 4:21 pm #175437Hi,
The font is the “brandon-grotesque”.
What did you choose inside the font options?-Rui
May 15, 2015 at 4:36 pm #175443Thank you for the reply Rui.
Here are our settings:
Default Font: Georgia
Default Google Font: OFF; N/A
Headings Font: Helvetica
Google Headings Font: OFF; N/A
Default Google Font: OFF; N/AWe recognize from our files that the font should be “brandon-grotesque” but it does not seem to be displaying correctly on the site. Please see the attached screenshot of the text on the site and how it’s suppose to look as “brandon-grotesque.”
