    Hi,
    You need to use contact form 7 plugin. Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Woocommerce Options -> Here you can insert shortcode.

    Hi,
    1- First install plugin.

    2- Create form through plugin.

    3- Plugin will create shortcode to each plugin.

    4- You can insert this shortcode anywhere.

    ok i got it. Contact modal is working now!
    Where to get the following shortcodes from:
    FAQs modal
    Feedback modal (just to make a new Contact form?)
    Returns & exchange modal
    Shipping information modal
    ??
