    Hi…

First off, amazing theme and support!

I am currently in the process of designing a new online store using the Ateliar theme. The dev site is close to going live… just a few more little niggles I am finding so apologies in advance.

I just did a test purchase using one of the products on the web site and it all worked fine. However, when I clicked on the ‘return to merchant’ tab from PayPal I got the following message (attached below) at the top of the order confirmation page. Seems like there is a conflict with the date display?

I have done some searching on Google and can’t seem to find a concrete answer. I have triple checked the WooCommerce system status and all of the templates seem to be in working order with green ticks next to them all.

Any idea what is causing the conflict?

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

That error does not trace to the theme folder specifically. If you enable Twenty17 and refresh the page, is the error still present?

Can you confirm your theme version is 2.4.3+

    Hi David,

    Thanks for the fast reply…

I am running on a child theme. I did the main theme update earlier which is running on: Version: 2.4.31.

Sorry to sound dumb… if I enable Twenty17 temporarily will all my data, style changes, etc still be ok when I re-enable the Ateliar child theme?

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

I am confident I can replicate this on my dev version. We will look into this now, we have a small update with fixes going out tonight so I’d imagine this fix will be within that update.

    Thanks David…

So for now shall I just hold fire and wait for you to get back to me on your findings?

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

    I also have this issue..
MAJOR issue. I have customers trying to checkout and they are getting this error.
Another issue is that their orders are staying stuck “on hold” even though the payment was complete on paypal.

    Any update fast?
    Thanks

Will check with Ed (lead dev) on the status of this.
