W3 Total Cache conflicting with Woocommerce Paypal Checkout

Hello again!

In short, the Paypal portion of my Woo-commerce checkout page is not functioning correctly. (See screenshot).

After a process of elimination I concluded that it only does this if either W3 Total Cache plug-in is activated or if WooCommerce Checkout Manager Pro is activated. What are my options for solving this?

Hi,

Try to purge the cache and deactivate the cache plugin to see if it works that way.
That Paypal gateway is default or any other plugin?

I have purged the cache, both in the plug-in and in my browser. It works when the plug-in is deactivated. Both the W3-Total Cache and the WooCommerce Checkout Manager Pro plug-in has to be deactivated for it to work. If either one is activated, it won’t work.

The Paypal gateway is default with Woo Commerce that comes with the Dante theme.

Hi,

It’s generating a 500 internal server error when W3Total Cache is active, not much we can’t do since it’s not theme related.

Try to contact W3Total Cache and the Paypal Plugin support.
Has an alternative try the plugin WP SuperCache to see how it goes with it.
