Videos on mobile devices

Love your theme! My issue is with videos on mobile devices and their responsiveness. The actual play button is responding well to mobile (nice and big and centered), the video however is not snapping to size, it’s too large for the window. Once the play button is pressed, the video opens full screen (as it does in say, Youtube.com).

I just need the videos themselves to snap to the mobile browser window. Hope that makes sense.

The homepage has this video issue and so does the page http://www.heidigermain.com/reel/

Another issue I just realized is that on the mobile version, the “contact us on 0800 123 4567 or [email protected]” is present. How can I replace it with my own info? As well as the mobile footer “Premium wordpress themes by swift ideas” (only on the mobile version.)

Also, on the mobile version, the contact page is not working. We do not get a 404 error, but the page just does not load the content.

It seems that may have a plugin causing conflicts.
can you try to deactivate the plugins(except contact form) and test if this situation remains.

I deactivated and then activated all of the plugins and we are still experiencing all of the issues.

Edit the page, and then the row with content in – looks like you have it set to display only on Desktop.

Theme Options > Header Options for the top text, Theme Options > Footer Options for the footer text.

Use the included Video asset in the page builder, else wrap the iframe with:

</div>

Ok, these fixes all worked, thanks for that! One last issue now is that the mobile nav is no longer working. The page links turn red (as if they were working) but nothing loads from the homepage. We cannot navigate to any other pages on mobile devices unless we manually type in the page extension. We have tried on 3 different smart phones in the office.
