Hi there,

Are there any other video tutorials, or any tutorials of any kind that guide you step by step how to set up the various pages.

I am not an expert in wordpress. You have created a really nice theme here. But it seems its missing valuable tutorials that would help a lot of people

When you are not a developer, or you havent worked with various themes in order to be familiar with the philosophy behind a theme, its extremely hard to find your way. It took me 3-4 days to start getting along with the theme. Its a shame because as a theme, its very good. You guys worked so hard to come up with something that is so good, and then you lost on the most valuable sector. SUPPORT. ITS IS CRUCIAL to be able to watch 5-6 video tutorials that explain how to set up your pages

I, too, love the theme (and you guys) but I have to agree with the previous posters that the lack of video tutorials is somewhat hindering. I’m having problems making a simple blog and have been searching all over the forum with different keywords to track down anything that might help when I ran across this thread.

I see it’s from 1 3/4 years ago and there are still no new video tutorials (except the one mentioned above) that I can find.

Maybe it would eliminate some impact on your forums if you had more up front video instruction? I always feel bad asking simple questions that should be easily found in a support video somewhere. 🙁

Will mention this to the developer again, we are just extremely busy and overwhelmed with support at the minute and it would take up too much time creating more videos, as the theme has so much functionality it would be nearly impossible to create videos for everything, especially more basic things. For e.g. a video showing you how to create a blog page, would just be us dragging the blog element into the page builder and choosing the settings, pretty self explanatory.

Thanks, Kyle. I do see your dilemma.

Perhaps a little more in the written documentation then. It sounds silly but a sentence saying: “To create a blog page, select blog element in the page builder…” would even be helpful for some people.

Things are always easy when you know how. But if you are newbie, none of this is easy.

I Agree with the above, I spent few days, only have very little progress, few weeks and still unable to make 1 page look right.

Perhaps screenshot is workable too, we will definite appreciate simple notes self-help support. Users may benefit from it especially when your theme is getting famous. It may able to minimized the repeat questions asked or you replying same issues.

Your theme design is great, but the experience working on it is not easy at all. 🙁

I was just helping a friend with starting a WordPress site (the blind leading the blind) and her theme has video tutorials sprinkled throughout on the pages when you are building them. It is very useful, and she is thrilled!

Plus, they have extensive theme documentation, both written and videos.

I love your theme, and the support is great, but the documentation is not your best asset.
