    I’m having trouble displaying the video parallax I’ve set up on the home page on mobile devices. Does it not work on mobile devices? Thanks.

    Hi

    I’m afraid mobiles do not yet support parallax, and unfortunately there is no way to switch to an image on mobile, unless you set up different parallax section.

    Then for the video one, add the extra class ‘visible-lg visible-md’ and for the image one had ‘visible-xs visible-sm’

    Is there a way to use the html5 tags for the video background? That should be supported by mobile devices.

    Unfortunately not, background is set using css, that is embedded html

    Hi @nathanscamera,

    Sorry – think you may have been provided incorrect info here. The video isn’t supported as autoplay doesn’t work on mobiles. However, if you provide an image in the parallax asset as well, then this will be used as a fallback.
