When I embed a video from ‘Youtube’ in the ‘Swift framework video widget’ in one of the footer column it comes out pretty squashed, is there a reason for this?

    Hi

I’d recommend setting the height to about 235

    Thanks Kyle,

Where can I manage the dimensions (height)?

Do I need a plugin for that?

You’re best just copying embed code from youtube, as it lets you set the dimensions

It doesn’t seem to work. I just have the option to put the videos URL and a title. (like u can see in the previous photo)

If I put the embed code there, the code just disappears shortly after pasting it.

No, you need to put the embed code in a text widget.

The video widget isn’t really designed for widget areas
