Video as thumbnail and detail media not working

Hi

When selecting a video as the thumbnail option and the same as detail media option, the video doesn’t reflect as a thumbnail or as part of the actual post (at the top of the post). Images seem to be fine but videos don’t reflect.

An example of a youtube link we are using: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__sBv7raj1g&feature=youtu.be

Please urgently advise what the issue could be and how to resolve?

THanks for the response but that didn’t work.

I have updated the theme to 2.65 and now it doesn’t seem to reflect any video i put in to thumbnail option or detail media option.

I have been using the video player from the swift page builder in the blog post and that works properly but really want the video to reflect like images do, at the top of the post.

Please urgently assist?

I’ve just tested on my demo and it works fine, even using the link above. So it must be something specific to your install. Please can you provide me with a login so that I can check?
