I’m not an expert on page speed, it’s down to several factors, like hosting, the size of the page (images etc) and other things. However if you check all of our demos you can see the theme is quick, so it’s not that that’s causing your site to be slow

The issue is with your hosting not the theme, it won’t connect to the server for me

No, server is tested. Opencart is very speed. But this theme very slow…

There is an initial wait of 9.6 seconds, which is ‘waiting for the server’ then it takes 5 seconds to redirect to www.

The issue is your setup, not the theme. You first need to set up your website so it can use both www. and none www.

I’m afraid we only support the theme. You should contact your hosting company and ask them to help you apply www. and none www. domains. Or search google for information on how to do it
