Dear Swiftideas Support team

Great Theme! Enjoying working with it very much but we wanted to launch the site today and we noticed a few things that needs fixing and we really need your support.

1) The ‘team’ on swift page builder suddenly does not display the images anymore. I had to change to the carousel option because the images can only been seen here (http://www.reccoss.com/team-reccoss/). I have a test page for you to see the error http://www.reccoss.com/meet-our-team-test/

2) The filter categories in the photo gallery suddenly disappeared. I checked each portfolio and each portfolio seems to be in categories. How can I get the categories back in the filter section? http://www.reccoss.com/galerie/

3)The Blog page user icon is incorrect in the list page. Once you go to the individual post, you can see the correct user icon, but not on this page http://www.reccoss.com/blog/ . It was working fine until today.

4) I removed the ‘blank spacer’ above the footer on several pages but it still seems to be there. Eg. http://www.reccoss.com/kontakt-2/ The google maps should be stuck to the footer.

Try Delete the featured image, and set it again.

When can you help with the other questions?
Sorry but we really need a quick response from you guys, we have been trying to be patient but we need them fixed as soon as possible as the site is live.
We chose this theme as it has 5 start support!

Hi Rui,

sorry for the troubles, I assigned this thread to Laranz but for some reason he only replied to one question and assigned it back to me — sorry about that, I will try to take care of the thread the best I can.

I logged in to your site and as I deactivated all your plugins, issue 1 (team member images) and issue 2 (filters) went away. Please try to find out the plugin that breaks the theme by deactivating them and activating them one by one.

I’m not sure what you mean by 3 (blog user icons) – can you elaborate? Do you mean the author images in front of the blog post? Have you registered their images on gravatar.com already?

I added custom css to remove the spacing of issue 4 for you

1&2)I will check each plugin later.

3) about the blog user issue, basically I have 3 registered on gravatar but only the pink one shows on the blog page, even though the pink user has not posted any blog posts. Once you click on a specific blog you have the correct icon (green or blue). It must be some kind of bug… can you see the attached and let me know what happened here?

Oh I see,
I cannot replicate that on my installation, it shows the correct gravatars.
I will forward this to the developer, maybe he has some insights about that.

Did you use any plugin for gravatar or avatar related? The out it generated is a wrong one. Can you clarify it?
