Variation dropdown issue, Will V1.3.4 fix?

Hello all,

Well for me the issue is kind of resolved after the last update;

–> It works when I do not browse through the gallery first
–> After browsing through the gallery nothing happens after selecting size and colour
–> http://webshop.theshortway.be/?product=sun-buddies-type-01

Since this concerns a product that has 19 colour variations it is essential that this works fluently, any help and/or suggestions please?

Testing that product out here and it works fine. I’m able to browse gallery and change selections freely. What issue are you seeing exactly? Do you get any console errors?

Strange, with me it is only working half of the time and actually, this setup is really not ideal for any product that has multiple color variations, you can’t expect visitors of a webshop to scroll through the list of colors to view the different colors every time…

I have been looking for a fix within the template(without doing any custom coding) but can’t find anything, maybe you have some suggestions?

What would be ideal is a list of small images of different colours or anything that can be ‘clicked through’ and shows the color variation and updates the variation so the it can be added to the cart in the right color with one click.

Hi Vince,

I’m not sure this is possible within WooCommerce. The way it works is that the featured image updates when you select the variation. There may be a plugin that implements this differently though, be it a premium WooThemes plugin or on CodeCanyon.

If you find one, we’d be interested as it may be something we can include.

For the pages where you have the page builder content appearing in the right side, make sure you have the product short description blank.

What variation dropdown issue are you seeing? I can change it fine here, and it updates as expected.

Hello again,

I am having the same issue regarding the variations setting. My add to cart button is missing once the variations is enabled. I tried to review the .js file, and I am already on the latest neighborhood version. Any tips or advice for me to fix this issue would be much appreciated.
