variable products WPLM not show MEASURE

variable products MEASURE in website are using WPLM are not showing and my costumer is really mad at me …

MEASURE not showed in both language ….

Hi before I send you my log info I want to clear that the issue problem has the following features:

If we analyses this item product in this link of my client website: http://www.artigianatolorenzini.com/newsitecom/product/big-grater/?lang=en

we can see that before to order the product we need to select the size …

Just in this phase before selecting fields of ADDITIONAL INFO voice should show just what sizes the products come with: (LARGE; MEDIUM; SMALL) instead to reports measure and weight that I had to insert in the SHIPPING tap of this product.

I did this (insert size and weight in the shipping tab) because if I only insert size and weight in to the fields of the variable products the size are not showed at all.

This is equal that you have a serious bag on your template.

I really hope you understand what I try to say. recapping:

Variable products not show ADDITIONAL INFO if we don’t insert them in the main tab of the wocommerce SHIPPING (logo of the track) but in this way the ADDITIONAL INFO show those info in the page where I have still to pick a product.

The only solution that I have found is to set default selections of the product, but we don’t like that solution because clients don’t really see if the product has a variable options…

So if you think that with my login info you can resolve the problem I will send you then.

This is the way WooCommerce works – the backend product setup in terms of variations and shipping are all part of the plugin.

Yes, I did they say they are working on it and that they will let me know if any new update will occur … At moment no one news is coming from them …
