    did the code in the child theme worked? If didn’t worked provide me ftp access and I will check it.
    Can you provide again the url of the product with size problems?

    either regenerating the thumbs at 350×350 worked or something you did worked! the images are the way they should be.

    Nope, it wasn’t me. Probably the other images were in cache.
