Sorry to hear that you are having issues, however these appear setup issues.

– Google Fonts not showing, this is likely a permissions issue. We may have sorted a workaround – happy to provide the next update sooner if needed.

– Customiser, just checked your site and all working fine for me..? The header won’t change on your homepage as it is using the naked header option for the page..? The one page dots style is set in the them options panel.

hope that fixes the issue.

customizer – after having trouble with it – i reset all theme functions and did an ftp upload of all theme files, since that customiser seems to work.

Ed, thanks i appreciate your efforts to make me a happy customer 🙂
so i took another couple of hours to fix it!
i figured out its a php safemode issue: if your server runs php in safemode you have to change the owner of scripts for the wordpress upload directory from your user name to PHP-user – within the server admin of your hosting provider (changing of folder permissions via ftp makes no difference) – than cardinal is able to create the redux folder with a google-fonts subfolder.

Ed – another question: instead of a logo image i’d like to use wordpress blog titel AND subtitle – is there a function/hook to use the standard wordpress subtitle below the title? when i delete the logo image in cardinal settings the blog title appears within the header – but there’s no way to display the subtitle – why is that?

Hi @basmati,

The only reason for that is literally that we’ve not had it requested once since we started. If it’s something that you need, I’ll add a checkbox for the next update to allow you to use the subtitle too. I guess that only adds to the feature set 🙂

I’ll likely get this added in later on today, I can send over an updated build once if you’d like.
