    Ftp is the file transfer protocol, it’s used to access directories/files in remote servers.

    If you use cPanel to manage your server, you should have there some options to create ftp accounts. You can always ask for help in the hosting support, they will help creating an account.

    I’ve translated them again now, so I don’t remember them all, but it was the ones from the swift language file. I remember Show all products being one of them.

    Show all products is part of the plugin Swift Framework.

    As that is a plugin, the plugin translation file needs to be in /wp-content/languages/

    The plugin translation file is different from the theme translation file. The plugin file is called swift-framework-plugin-(+ your country extension).po

    I’m aware of the difference, and have translated the file again now. Do you think that the translated file was placed in the wrong folder (I’ve had help doing this so I don’t know where the translated file was placed), is that it?

    I did see the file within the child theme folder which is wrong.

    Plugin translations belong in: /wp-content/languages/

    Did you change anything when looking into this? I just realized that the string “View all products” became “un-translated” again, and have no idea how it happened!

    It will change if you have updated the plugin and the file is not in the correct place.

    Plugin translations belong in: /wp-content/languages/
