    When viewing my page on iPhone I see a huge “departments” menu at the bottom of the shop pages. I’ve tried adding the custom css

    #sf-header-banner{
    display:none !important;
    }

    that you provided to someone earlier, but the problem remains.

    Please help!

    Add a URL for your site.

    The CSS you posted is to remove the global header banner.

    Please add a screenshot of what you refer to, I see no menu on your shop page on mobile.

    Sorry, I just was a bit stressed by people telling me that they hate this menu and also forget that the actual menu exists. :/

    I’ve attached a sceeen shot from my phone.

    Hi,

    That is your sidebar, in the mobile view, this collapses under the content.

    Do you want to remove your sidebar on mobile?

    I’m not really sure what that means? What I want is to have the regular menu the way it is, and not the departments on the bottom – is that possible?

    No, the department’s menu is part of the sidebar. On small screens this collapses and is displayed under the content.

    This is the default, being part of the Bootstrap Framework mobile first framework.

    Hmm, is it possible to have it collapse in the intended order, then, rather than have this huge alphabetical list that apparently is super confusing to people viewing my site (I’m being told)?

    If not, could you if it’s possible provide the css to remove the sidebar on mobile just so I can test it and see what that looks like?

    1) How did you want to collapse exactly, I am unsure as what you mean?

    2) Sure, but what URL do you see this on? I no longer see it on your shop pages? http://www.naturalglow.no/produktkategori/rens/ and http://www.naturalglow.no/shop/

    I see it when i press “se produkter” on the first slide at the top of the page,
    http://www.naturalglow.no/shop/?sidebar=left-sidebar

    Now I see that it says sidebar in the URL – is that maybe the whole problem? (I’m totally new at this and feeling a bit stupid right now…)

    Hi,

    Remove this from your link ?sidebar=left-sidebar

    Your link should be http://www.naturalglow.no/shop/

    Only use that if you want to add a sidebar to that page without creating an actual new page (like a split test a/b). Sometimes we use those for demo purposes.

    Thanks.

    I just realized and removed it now. It was just left over from the demo. So sorry that I bothered you with this – I had no idea it had such an easy fix!
