    Hi, been troubleshoot for hours. The main media uploader isn’t working, with the Joyn and Joyn Child theme activated. Specifically:

    1) The upload seems to work
    2) It shows the image thumbnail in the list of uploaded media
    BUT
    3) It doesn’t put the media file or thumbnail versions in contents > uploads folder

    After checking permissions (set to read, write, execute), plugins (deactivated all, but media uploader still didn’t work) and finally themes, turns out that the Media Uploader works perfectly with the WP 2014 theme.

    What can be done to fix this asap? thanks!

    Hi,

    If it is in localhost is complicated to check the situation.

    When you upload the files try to inspect the page to see if exist any error in the javascript console.

    Also check your localhost logs for any error related to that.
