    Good evening,

I just updated my WordPress account and now have a series of problems:
    1. My testimonials no longer show up
    2. My circles around “CPA’s” “Employers” and “blog” no longer change color as they are supposed to.
    3. When viewing the page in IE, each of the logos in the footer are significantly larger than they are supposed to be.

My site is http://www.xcpa.co and any help you can provided urgently is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi John,

Looks like this is being caused by a JS error from a YouTube embed: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9nwpjmxroadsye4/Screenshot%202013-12-29%2010.50.09.png

Can you check if you have any embeds, and remove them to see if that resolves the issue?

    Hi Ed,

I had two YouTube videos and have now deleted both. Unfortunately each of the issues still remains.

    1. My testimonials no longer show up
    2. My circles around “CPA’s” “Employers” and “blog” no longer change color as they are supposed to.
    3. When viewing the page in IE, each of the logos in the footer are significantly larger than they are supposed to be.

Please help as soon as you can. I can also be reached by phone if that is easier 1-616-723-7087.

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi Ed,

Thanks for looking into this again, however everything is still not corrected. Issues as they stand by browser currently:

    Chrome:
    1. The testimonials still do not show up correctly. The written piece of the testimonial shows up, however the formatting is strange / off and the heading “testimonial” is not showing up at the top.

    Internet Explorer:
    2. The icons in the footer are way too big (compare them to what I have in Chrome, they should be the same size).
    3. The circular sections have dashed lines around them, as compared to the simple circles I would like to have (see Chrome for the way it should be).

Thanks for looking into this, I really need to get this corrected ASAP as it has not been almost two weeks since the issues started.

    Thanks again,

    John

    Hi John,

    1) Checking the source code, I can’t see any heading as been set in the asset. Please try editing it in the page builder and check?

    2) For each image, within the img tag add:

    style="height: 64px; width: 64px;"

    for the width and height.

The dashes around the chart is in what version of IE?

    1) Thanks, somehow this must have been removed when the site updated.
    2) I tried this and it made the logos too small in Chrome and did not change the fact they are too big in IE. I’ve since changed them back to their original settings. Please let me know.
    3) The dashes around the chart are in IE8 (8.0.7601.17514CO). Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi John,

    2) Here is an example of how to add the css:

    <a href="http://www.linkedin.com/company/xcpa" target="_blank"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-627" alt="transparent-Linkedin-logo-icon" src="http://www.xcpa.co/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/transparent-Linkedin-logo-icon-300x300.png" width="32" height="32" style="height: 32px; width: 32px;"></a>

    Give that a try.

    3) Fixed for next update, thanks for letting us know.

Thanks so much, Ed. I believe everything that can be fixed has been fixed at this point.
