Urgent – custom font not displaying

Hi,

our custom font was not displaying (shown in attached screen shot),

We had been implementing this using the code below in the custom css

@font-face {
font-family: Larsseit;
src: url(https://www.reikokaneko.co.uk/wp-content/themes/neighborhood-child/fonts/2E6300_1_0.woff
);
font-weight: normal ;
}
:not(i) {
    font-family: 'Larsseit' !important;
}
ul.products li.product .price, .woocommerce ul.products li.product .price {
    
    font-size: 14px !important;
}

However this stopped working recently as was displaying pages devoid on any text or with garbled text.

Please can you help? Sorry to post again – but we have been forced to revert to one of the standard fonts until we can get this fixed.

You’ll want multiple files in order to support all browsers.

We’d need to see the code on your site or a test site in order to debug.

It seems to be working again now.

Removed it from custom css in theme options, saved, cleared all caches and server caches, put back in theme options and saved.

But I dont understand why it seems to occasionally break like this when none of the settings have been changed….

If you are using caching then that could be the cause – nothing in the theme would cause random issues with that code.
