I manually uploaded a custom font via ftp (uploader doesn’t work with my otf file) and selected it under the font section. It works great on Chrome (PC) and IE but Firefox doesn’t load it at all. How do I fix this? Similar thing happens with Macs, Chrome is ok and rest not ok.

All the 6 custom fonts folders have 5 variations have the following: TFF WOFF WOFF2 SVG EOT and are detected.

Hi there,

Hmm – I’m not seeing the font loaded in any browser. My guess is it’s being picked up from your local machine. Best bet in this case is that we are advising users to follow this custom code posted on this thread: http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/custom-fonts/

That will work. Apologies for the issue here, we are still waiting on a fix from Redux.
