    im trying to upload the theme on a fresh wp install and get the following error

    Could not copy file. D:/Hosting/3951469/html/out2b/wp-content/upgrade/themeforest-5086341-neighborhood-responsive-multipurpose-shop-theme-wordpress_theme/neighborhood/includes/swift-framework/page-builder/assets/css/ui-custom-theme/images/ui-bg_highlight-soft_100_f6f6f6_1x100.png

    cant upload the theme? Please let me know what I can do. Thanks

    You are trying to upload the whole package you dowloaded from themeforest. Please unzip that package and upload only the theme folder.

    by the way i activated it, but none of the sample data is there now???

    You need to upload the sample data independently from installing the theme. Please refer to our documentation 🙂

    If you download the main files package from themeforest and unzip it, you will find the documentation folder inside the unzipped folder.
