Why do you have a cardinal folder within cardinal?

I doubt that Redux would be incorrectly referencing. Are you able to upload to the media area of WordPress correctly?

I resolved the double folder for cardinal, it doesn’t resolve the absolute pathing being correct for redux based on the custom paths and directories for wordpress

No the issue is not resolved. The URLS to redux are still in correct.
