We are running WooCommerce 2.0.20. Wondering if we are ok to upgrade the theme to latest version and also upgrade woocommerce to latest version. Is there a risk of messing with the functionality of our site?

Also – are there programmers or developers that your team can recommend for customization work? Just thought it might be helpful to get some recommendations for programmers that are familiar with your themes that might be better suited for customization work.

It should be ok, but I’d take a backup before you update just incase anything does go wrong.
