Hello– I just got an email from themeforest telling me there is an update. I downloaded it, but now I don’t know what to do to update the theme without losing all my changes and data? Please advise.Thanks so much for your time and help!!

Hi,
Please go to Admin > Dashboard > Upgrade > Here you can upgrade the theme automatically just on a click.
