    Good Day

    I have just updated my wordpress to 4.7.2
    That is a request to activate the Visual Composer, anything that I need to do?

    No need to do anything, unless you specifically need to. We package the VC update with the latest theme updates.

    Thanks. I think the swift page builder is good enough.
    By the way, do I need to update to the latest theme?

    I would always recommend to stay updated yes.

    If you are not using the VC plugin, you can disable it. The Swift Page Builder is what we use to build all our demo sites.

    Settings (Theme Options & Customizer) won’t be lost, theme options, pages/posts ect will not either.

    If you have modified core theme files inside the main parent theme these will be lost.
