Hi,

When I try to update via the back office I get the following error message:

An error occurred while updating Neighborhood: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

I think I need to upgrade as I’m having an issue with the SUper Search. Please advise.

Sounds like you are uploading the wrong files. Can you tell me what exactly you are trying to upload?

Can you please download the theme from your themeforest Downloads section and upload it via FTP to wp-content > themes and replace the old version? Thank you!
