updating theme

Hi there 🙂

i have been practicing with flexform on a domain that is not public but have plans to finish the build on http://www.austincityliving.com

i know how to export my customized theme and zip it up and load it on the other wordpress theme but the troubles i am having is the fact that i had a custom widget area added to the slider and now there is a new update for flexform… do have any tips on how i should update the theme?

Hi Lee ann,

You’d be best off saving the copied code, and then adding it in again after you’ve updated. You can also optionally update by re-downloading from ThemeForest and checking the changed files in the listing changelog.
