We are running Neighborhood 1.8.1 and want to upgrade to 2.05. We recently had a developer set up a dev site on their servers so we could test some plugin upgrades. Is it possible to upgrade to the newest version on our dev site first.
Not sure how this will work considering that the dev site is parked on a different server.
If you can let me know what is possible.

Hi Frank,

Yes it is possible. You can update the dev server theme in spite of the server location, and test the water there and then update the main theme.
