    We are experiencing conflicts between our version of Joyn and the latest WooCommerce updates. Per your topics on this issue, we are expecting to see an update available for the Joyn theme, yet in WordPress we cannot see any updates available? Can you please advise when this will be available and the steps to achieve this.

    Thanks Kyle, should we not be receiving updates through WordPress automatically? In this case, can you please provide the installation steps to be taken so we do not encounter issues uploading a theme with an existing theme in place?

    Yes you should be we have a few users who are not getting the updates in their dashboard, we are looking into this

    We believed the issue was that updates will only show for the active theme. Will continue to look into this

    Any chance that your hosting has some kind of security setting which prevents update checks from third party URLs? Have checked our end and we have a large amount of people who are able to download the updates automatically with no issue.

    Hi Ed, we are Bluehost – though unlikely there is a security prevention as we get updates on all our plugins etc.

    Hi @PingX

    Do you get any 3rd party plugin updates (those not from the WordPress repo)? That is usually where the difference lies.
