    The problem remains.
I uploaded the version you sent. I downloaded back to make sure the folder was complete and so it was.

I can’t have the website down for so long.

    Help!

Please, I can’t be so much time with no solution.
I’ve given my access, you can check by yourself the issue with the theme.

Will need ftp access to check if the files are in correct place or not.

    Hi,

This was related to the permissions of the some directories in the site.
I changed the Joyn directory(and all files inside) permissions to 755 and it’s working fine now.

    Hi,

    The website is not working.

By opening permissions of every file to 755 aren’t you exposing the website to possible security breachs?

The website was working when I replied, something changed. The permission 755 is what is advised by WordPress.
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

755 means that only the user with ftp can change it. The rest can only read or execute.

Check in your error logs for further info about the website crash.

    Hi,

Apparently, by coincidence, there was a problem on the server side after the fix you did on the permissions.
I things are all good now.

    Thanks

No problem, it happens. I checked your site last night and see that it was running again.
    glad it’s sorted.
