    Hi,

    I have just updated the rev slider to 4.6.5, but now I can’t import my sliders – it says: importing slider setings and data…
    Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!
    Go Back

    Please help, there are 3 in total.

    Hi,

    Something wrong in your server, i tried to import the same file in my server without any problem.

    Please check if there is any error inside the server logs.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help. It was a server issue, the permissions needed to be changed on the c:\windows\temp – incase you ever have it come up again.
