Updated, now no posts on homepage or in slider

Hello,

We have recently updated the theme, since doing so none of the posts are showing on the homepage or in the homepage slider, even though all checked in the back office. Also since updating customized sizes to the portfolio etc have been taken back to default, is there a way we can stop this happening in future?

Ok, we have realised after a massive process of elimination that the problem lies with the twitter feed in the sidebar, this needs to be updated due to the new twitter issues. Once the widget was taken out if the side bar it worked fine. Thought we would let you know incase the problem arises for others.
