Update to latest theme, woocommerce and wordpress core causing issues

Hello,

I have an urgent issue on a live site.

– Since updating everything, shop manager and editor user roles cannot access the site (blank page or error page after login). I have the latest version of white label branding installed and wondered if was the cause, but removing the plugin does not resolve the login issue.

– In addition, some plugins cannot be updated – the update never completes. I need to update the woocommerce stripe plugin urgently and it will not work, along with other plugins. Woocommerce new order emails via stripe are not being sent so I need to update it.

Hi,
@23969120a – First open your wp-config.php which is located in the root WordPress directory. Then add the following line inside the main php tag:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');
