    Hello,

    I’ve just updated the theme and now I have the white screen of death :-(.
    Can you please have an urgent look?

    Hi Kyle,

    I’ve checked with the hosting company, and they see no server problems.
    They will also check.

    The problem started however, during the update to version 2.63 of Dante…

    It is a server issue, if it was a theme issue your site would load with an error, or at least the white screen, but as you can see from the pingdom results it’s not loading anything.

    If you delete the theme with FTP, TwentyFourteen will be activated, if it’s a theme issue then the site will load once it’s deleted

    It is the theme.
    When the theme is deactivated, the site loads again.

    It’s very likely to be one of your plugins, please can you deactivate all of them, activate Dante and let me know if the site loads. If so, you will need to activate your plugins one by one until you find the plugin that’s causing the conflict

    I’ve deactivated all plugins.
    I’ve reactived the Dante child theme, and now there are loading problems.
    It doens’t load anymore.

    Please can you check your PHP Memory Limit, it’s possible that with all those plugins you have installed that you have reached your maximum. Please check: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    It was 64M, and I’ve changed it to 128M (the maximum of my host).
    It still doens’t load…
