Up Sells Issue

On product pages the up sell carousel (you may also like carousel) only displays one linked up sell that I have linked. I have linked 3. Other people have had this issue and I did what they did and nothing seems to work.

A lot of your questions are woocommerce specific, in these cases please contact WooCommerce Support first, if they send you our way that’s fine however in most cases it’s about their functionality.

The theme has no control over what displays for upsells, test with the default theme installed and see if that works

I am still having issues with the upsells. I have added more than one upsell to a product and only one ever shows. I need to upsells to work because the related products carousel is not getting specific enough products for me. So, as soon as I fix the upsells issue I will be removing it.

I contacted woo commerce and they sent me back here. They were able to resolve other issues but they said this one is theme related.

When I inspect the element, it reads:

<div class=”upsells products product-carousel carousel-wrap carousel-disabled carousel-inactive” data-columns=”4″>

are the disabled and inactive things an issue?

Can you switch to the default theme and see if it works then?

I tried that and it doesn’t change anything.

Then it’s not a theme issue, if you’re having the same problem with upsells when using another theme, then it’s nothing to do with us. WooCommerce can be the only culprit for this
