I’ve built my homepage using serval rows. All the rows have no space in between them except for the last row. I keep deleting the rows and trying to remove the space in between the last 2 rows but its still keeping the space showing a white bar background across the page. Please help.

Also when I use a row background parallax there is a huge space under the parralax image but when I built the same page as a POST there was no space. Please help.
