Unable to view site – Call to undefined function sf_gopricing_list

Good morning,

Since the 23rd, we seem to be having an issue with a plugin for this theme. The error message is as follows:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function sf_gopricing_list() in /var/www/vhosts/<sitename>/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/page-builder/shortcodes/gopricing.php on line 53

Note that <sitename> is a placeholder for the site in question.

We’re not aware of any changes that have taken place within this period. It is possible to disable the plugin by renaming the directory, but that just gives us a very badly formatted website.

I’d be happy to provide any login details requested. Please could you take a look at this and advise accordingly. I did notice that there’s a very similar error on another post in the forums (http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/error-fatal-i-dont-have-acces-to-wordpress/) but am unable to see how this was resolved.

This error seems to be caused by a WordPress automatic update that changed the theme back to the default from Cardinal. This de-activated the Swift Framework and caused no end of issues. I reinstalled WordPress, set Cardinal Child to my custom theme, reactivated all my plugins and then restored the content from a back up.
