    Hi,

    I feel a bit embarrassed posting this as I’ve installed dozens of themes without any issues. But I can’t install Atelier without a problem.

    Uploading via WordPress I get an error message “Are you sure you want to do this. Please try again” (see image). If I select try again, it uploads the file again and presents the same message.

    Uploading by FTP resulting in Filezilla saying there were 76 files that failed to transfer.

    This website is hosted on pretty good hosting – a VPS from Liquidweb

    Hi,

    Don’t doubt the hosting is good or not, but something is wrong in that specific installation.

    Has a first approach can you provide us admin access to check it our self’s? Probably we will also need ftp access.
