    Hi, I am unable to install Atelier demo content. I am receiving “Internal Server Error”

    Hi, a couple issues after the install:
    1 – Menu header shows multiple menus
    2 – Logo is overlapping/right ontop of menu text

    There seemed to be an issue with the menu import, still working on that. For now could you create the menu manually? I’m sure you don’t need all of those items

    Please can you do a fresh install of wordpress again and demo-content – I’d feel better this way.

    I think the reason the extra menu’s are appearing is because we tried to import too many times.

    For future reference – please how did you fix original demo content install issue?

    I didn’t find any issue, just tried the import and it worked first time. If you want to start fresh, you’ll need to clear your database and all of your files, basically a fresh wordpress install

    I have cleared database and reinstalled wordpress. Can you please help me reinstall demo content again from your side.

    Hi,

    Do you have any easy way to turn off the https just to import?
    Think it’s slowing down the process.

    Can you provide ftp access to check your htaccess file and the server logs?
