Unable importing Demo data – Atelier Demo Main

URGENT HELP needed

Tried to import demo content. Process stops at various points – mostly at 80% import. Tried over 10 times! Unable to fix. I checked hosting php-memory. It is at 256M.

I’ a newbie – and can’t fix it myself.
Please help. Urgently needed by today!

Maybe your server has a limit on the process and generated a timeout.The only thing that seems missing in your site is the menu, but you guess you can also create your own, we can help if necessary.

I just checked your server and you need to increase the WordPress memory, since it’s a different setting from the one you have in htaccess.

Add this line in the wp-config.php file
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Also provide me your error log, something is wrong in your server configuration.

You just need to edit the file and add that line. I don’t know my around with that hosting settings.

Hello,
I also experienced this problem

Main theme would sit on 88% – all the other Demos would freeze on 80% (wasted hrs waiting)
All content had loaded except Demo Content. Tried a few different configs with selecting what would be installed. None worked.

Altho it is a fresh install of Wp, I had added an img, site identity and modified Hello Word. I used WP reset (as advised within setup) and tried again – success ! (but the install was exceedingly slow)

Glad it’s sorted. There is a lot of content to import in the main demo, what takes more time it’s the images and it’s a process that depends on the server settings.
